About Liz

Having grown up in the Silicon Valley, I understand the unique pressures that come along with living here, and love helping people break free from the chains of anxiety, perfectionism, depression, and disordered eating behaviors. I am passionate about helping people create change in their lives.

I am trained in an advanced form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy called TEAM-CBT, based on the work of Dr. David Burns. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Intuitive Eating, Self-Compassion, and more. I’ve worked in a variety of settings over the years – Eating Disorder treatment centers, Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient (PHP/IOP) clinics, schools, community mental health clinics, and small group practices. I’m now in a fully private practice.

I live in Los Altos, CA with my husband and two children.
