Meet Liz Paolozzi, MFT, your anxiety and eating disorder therapist in Los Altos, CA

If you or your teen are struggling with anxiety, constant worry, low confidence/self-worth, stress, overwhelm, burnout, and/or an eating disorder and body image struggles, I can help. Change is totally possible.

Having grown up in the Silicon Valley, I understand the unique pressures that come with living in this area. I have seen firsthand, with myself and my clients, the value in prioritizing our own mental and emotional wellbeing, and love helping people figure out what that looks like for them.

I value balance, flexibility, self-compassion, and accountability. I have seen how shifting the way that we treat ourselves, inside and out, can completely change the way we think, feel, and live in our lives. These values guide how I show up both in and outside the therapy room.
